The Future Workplaces certificate is awarded for exceptional corporate culture and employee understanding.

Finnish acoustic technology company NL Acoustics is happy to announce that it has received the Future Workplaces certification from The Siqnificant Company. Awarded for excellent company culture and employee understanding, the recognition follows the first-ever Siqni employee survey conducted at NL Acoustics in April 2022, which resulted in an excellent Siqni score. The score is a combination of eNPS (employee Net Promoter Score) and Lit index (the average of how the most meaningful factors realize at the workplace).

Focusing on Meaningful Factors and Their Realization in the Workplace
Siqni is a modern employee survey that focuses on meaningful factors and their realization to provide a fresh and insightful way to understand employees and develop the organization. At NL Acoustics, the list of most Siqni is a modern employee survey that focuses on meaningful factors and their realization to provide a fresh and insightful way to understand employees and develop organizations. At NL Acoustics, the list of the most meaningful factors that influence the employees’ experiences of their workplace includes, for example, meaningful work assignments, fair salary and perks, healthy work-life balance, and strong camaraderie at the workplace. According to the survey results, these factors are highly fulfilled, which in turn has led to a high level of overall satisfaction with the workplace among the company’s employees.

Recognition Received at First Try – Without Even Trying!
Katriina Rantanen, the HR Manager of NL Acoustics, is not only pleased but also a little surprised with the results of the Siqni survey. “We are naturally delighted with the overall results as well as receiving the Future Workplaces recognition. I must say we were not expecting it at this point, as the main goal of the first Siqni survey was to gain insight on the experiences of our rapidly growing and extremely diverse and international team”, she says. “The Future Workplaces certificate is proof that we have succeeded in creating a positive working environment where our employees feel that their most important needs and aspirations are met to a large extent. This gives us an excellent starting point to continue developing our employees’ wellbeing and motivation even further”, Rantanen describes.
